Real estate runs in Kim's blood. Her grandfather, a real estate broker in the Greater Sacramento area, instilled in her a passion for the industry from an early age. This familial connection has fostered a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the real estate market and a profound understanding of the local area.

Driven by her love for architecture and her extensive travel experiences, Kim is captivated by the diverse lifestyles people lead and the homes they inhabit around the world.
